15 days.... do I need a visa?
Dec 18, 2018
Hi,
I am Spanish and I will arrive in Vietnam on the 23rd of March at 5.30 am and The flight back is on the 7th at 00.50 am
So I will be doing the checking and control passport at the airport on the 6th in the afternoon.
Would I need a Visa in this case? Technically it is just 15 days. But it is a bit confusing.
Please if you could kindly advise I would be gratefully.

Dear Marta,
For Spanish passport holders can have 15 days visa exemption if you don't enter VIETNAM 30 days before and your passport must be valid more than 6 months
Base on your iteniary, you can use visa exemption for 15 days
However, you will check in on 15th of visa exemption but your departure flight until 16th so please prepare around 50 USD in case the immigration counter's request for penalty overstay
Regards,
