I have heard about e-VISA newly launched recently, which I can directly applied with stamping fee, no need to process the application with service fees (varies from USD6-9 according to different agent). I wonder if it is real?

Could you please clarify which way you enter Viet Nam first? WIll you enter Viet Nam by road or air?
