We are visiting Hanoi in last week of Dec 2014 and have arranged pre approval letter. We have also arranged 2 photos 4x6 cm each in GLOSSY PRINT for Visa on arrival. Is it OK or we need to complete any other formality too

Thank you for your question.
We are please to inform that beside the printed out approval letter and 2 passport side photos for each person, you also need to print out the entry and exit form (http://www.vietnam-evisa.org/files/upload/image/Documents/Form-XNC.jpg) and fill it in advance. Also, you need to prepare 45 USD/person for stamping fee (1 moth single).
