To apply for the Vietnam visa on line, the confusion is filled out for the full name. My USA passport is shown that my surname is LAM and the given name is QUANG VAN.
My question is on the line of full name in the application form. It should be written as LAM QUANG VAN
or QUANG VAN LAM.

We would like to inform that Lam Quang Van or Quang Van Lam is okay, but as the common order, you need to fill your first name, then your middle name and last time - Quang Van Lam.
