Good afternoon.
I am a Hungarian in a busniss trip in Iran , and I would like to join a business meeting in Vietnam , but I need to Fly to Vietnem From Tehran through Dubai , is is possible to get airport visa, what documents are needed , what can I get to show emirates desk at Tehran airport instead of visa stamp to get the bording card , will I get documents to prove that the visa will be done at the airport.

Kindly apply visa on arrival at this link https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html to get approval letter for checking with airline and getting visa stamp at VIETNAM airport
You just need to fill the form base on your passport details for us to process visa
