Thank you for your question.
For United kingdom passport holders, you can enter Vietnam under visa exemption but the previous visit must be far from the next one at least 30 days. In addition, the passport must be valid at least 6 months. So in your case, you need to apply for a visa for a second entry if you want to visit Vietnam twice within 1 month.
