My chef who is American is visiting Vietnam in September. His flight is scheduled to arrive at Hanoi airport around 19:40. As he still has to go through the Arrival VISA office for immigration, he is worried if the office still opens at night. Is this Arrival VISA office open for 24 hours a day?
