If you would like to get 3 month single entry - Business visa type to enter Vietnam by Land border, please contact to Vietnam Embassy/ Consulate office in your current country to get Visa directly.

However, if you turn back to Vietnam via international airport, you can apply for Visa on arrival online at this link https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html to get the approval letter which you can use to get Business Visa type directly once you arrive.
