i have an approval letter in which I will complete my visa on arrival . Does this need to be at an airport or will they accept this letter at the land port ha tien as I now wish to travel to pho quoc.

We would like to inform that visa on arrival is available at airport only. Therefore, you can not use that letter to arrive in Viet Nam through Ha Tien landport.
