Can I exit Vietnam by the Tay Trang border with an E-visa?

When applying for my e-visa it gave me the option to exit through Tay Trang border, but some people have said that this is not possible, and other people have stated that it is possible. Would I be able to exit Vietnam into Laos through Tay Trang with an E-visa?

If you have plan to exit Viet Nam through Tay Trang landport, this is possible for E-visa.
