Can Visa Exempt nationals still get a fast track?

Hello, I arrive from the UK on 26th April at Ho Chi Minh City and will depart from Hanoi on 4th May 2018; my visit will be for tourism. As I am a UK national, and depart before 30 Jun 18, l believe I am visa exempt; however can I still get airport fast track status?
