Come back to Vietnam before 30 days from last visit for foreigner

My boss hold French passport and base in Thailand. He back from Vietnam last week (2 March). But he has to come back again for business issue on 25 March. Due to the regulation, we can't go back to Vietnam before 30 days from the last visit date.Could you please advise which way we can enter Vietnam? Or which type of visa he has to apply for?

Apply visa online, You will get visa stamp on the passport upon arrival, All you need to do is fill your
information in the form and make payment online.
After that, we will send You the approval letter via email, please print it out to board the plane and use
it to get visa stamp on the passport upon arrival.
