Hi. I applied Vietnam visa online with Airport Fast track service at your website for my friend and his Visa has been approved.
Pls advise if he still need to complete the manual form which can be downloaded from your website. The manual form asks for name & address of hosting organisation and/or hosting individual. He does not have anyone hosting him. Pls advise if he can leave that information empty.

We would like to explain with you that the approval letter is the must document to obtain Visa, besides the entry and exit form is also necessary to submit to the Immigration dept at the airport , you have to print it out and fill into the form.
Regards to the question number 17 which ask you for the hosting , you can leave it a blank.
