Will VOA be accepted at the border/Chau Doc? I will be travelling from Phnom Penh and taking the boat to Chau Doc then heading to HCMC. Can I just show the letter and pay for the stamping fee at the border?

Thanks for your question!
Visa on arrival (VOA) is not available for land ports. If you want to enter Vietnam by boat, you have to apply E-visa. Could you please to give us the name of entry port you will go through?
