Denied visa needs updating

Hi,
My son and i have both paid for our visa went through successfully although my payment was double the amount.
My sons visa says it need a better photo and mine says it needs the blank areas filled. I’m unable to update these requirements.
I fly out in 5 days.

I have emailed for help with the application and no help.
What should i do?
