Do I have to have a Vietnam Visa to fly into Phu Quoc?

I will only be there 5 days, I will not be living the island to any other city, my US Visa does not expire until 9 years from now. - When I tried to do this on-line, the drop down menu for arrival airport did to include Phu Quoc. Please advise asap, as I need to get this Vietnam Visa if needed.

In addition, foreigners who enter into national boundary gates in Vietnam (including air way and sea way) and stay in these international boundary gates to wait to transit into Phu Quoc Island can stay in Phu Quoc Island not more than 30 days without visa request.
