I have both US & philippine passports, and is wondering if i still need to apply for a vietnam visa id i'm also just staying for 3 days?

The Philippine passport holders are exempted from Vietnam Visa for a maximum stay of 21 days.
If you have a Philippine passport (has validity at least 6 months and 2 pages left), you can use it to enter Vietnam for 3 days WITHOUT a Visa.
