I was told by my tourist agent this:
Vietnam: Spanish Citizens have visa exemption for 15 days- no need to apply visa.
I travel tomorrow sunday 15 may from Luang Prabang, Lao

According to the Vietnamese Immigration Regulations, from July 1st 2015 to June 30th, Spain passport holders have 15 days Vietnam Visa exemption.
