Hi, I’m going to travel Vietnam next week first time. By searching information on Internet, I see that Vietnam visa on arrival is cheaper than getting visa from Vietnam Embassy. However, I also come to Vietnam Embassy in Germany where I live to make sure if I could get my visa by Vietnam Visa Service and a staff of Embassy said that the company doing the service couldn’t solve some special cases to get visa. Some my friends supposed that it was a competition. So, do you think that you can do something to make public confident with the cheaper fee for who wants to use your service? Thanks
