Hello,
I got my e-visa, that says that I am allowed to enter through Tien Bien landport checkpoint.
Is it flexible? Because, since I am planning to get a bus from Phnom Penh to Ho Chi Minh, I don't know which checkpoint would be.

For Electronic visa you just can arrive with the entry port yo applied for.
If you want to change the port please apply for new visa.
