E-Visa Exit Seaport for Ha Long Bay

I am trying to fill out the online application for the E-Visa for my boss and his wife. They are arriving Ho Chi Mihn Seaport via cruise ship and the ship will be leaving from Ha Long Bay. I do not see a seaport listed for the E-Visa exit requirements for Ha Long Bay. Is it possible to exit from Ha Long Bay with the E-Visa? If yes, what is the port called? Please let me know. Dear sir,
If you exit at Ha Long Bay, Please apply visa at embassy / consulate, you can not apply online for E- visa if the arrival port and exit port is not in list.
