Are you private service organization or work with Vietnam Embassy?
Vietnam consulate website doesn't mention any other sites or ways of processing
Visa other than direct deal with them. what is your Fee for single entry for 2 weeks stay? and what if at the airport does not give us Visa after going all the way there?

We would like to inform that we are private company and work with the Vietnam Immigration Department, no the Vietnam embassy
The visa service we provise is Visa on Arrival. The visa stamp will be collected at the airport when you arrive, not going through the Vietnam embassy.
You can apply with us here: http://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html. We will send you the confirmation email after your settle payment successfully.
After 2 working days (except Saturday Sunday and holiday ) , the Approval Letter will be sent back for you via email. Please use that letter for boarding plane and getting Visa stamp at VN airport.
It is 19 usd for 1 month single visa (this fee might be changed, depends on your nationality) and 45 usd in cash for stamping fee at the airport.
