Please print the letter out and bring the letter with the passport when you arrive vietnam to get visa stamp and visa sticker 

Prepare 2 photos 4x6 cm (or same size passport photos). If you don’t have photos, you can have them taken at the arrival airport and it costs 5USD/pax in HCM (2 USD/pax in Hanoi.)

Please download and fill in this form in advance to avoid wasting time at the airport: http://www.vietnam-evisa.org/files/upload/image/Documents/Form-XNC.pdf This form will be dropped at the visa counter when you arrive, no need to send to Embassy.

When you get the Visa stamp at Vietnam int’l airport, please check your Visa carefully to make sure that everything is correct.
