Hello,
I am a German citizen with a passport valid until 2025 and I have not visited Vietnam since 2015.
Since German citizens are still exempt from the visa requirement for stays to a mximum of 15 days, I would like to ask, if I can travel by bus to Vietnam in January 2018 via the border crossing between Attapeu（southern Laos) to Ngoc Hoi (Central Vietnam), without needing a visa or any other formalities.

You can enter Vietnam without a visa via any port of entry and have a 15 day stay.
