Entering country from the Cruise Ship

Could you please kindly advise, what is the process to obtain visa if the country is entered from a Cruise Ship in Halong Bay?

Dear Vesna Jojin,
If you enter by seaport, you need to apply electronic visa

However, HA LONG BAY isn't in the list of electronic port.

Therefore, you should apply visa at VIETNAM EMBASSY to get visa beforehand entering VIETNAM
