Hallo, we know the entry date, but not the exit date as we fly back from Thailand and are not sure how long we will stay in Vietnam (but no longer than 20 Days) Is it a problem for getting the Visa?

Thanks for your concern,
we process your visa base on your entry date. for example you apply for 1 month single entry tourist visa your visa will be valid for 30 days since entry date so you can enter and leave during this period.
