I am planning to enter vietnam on tourist visa.
But i dont have extact entry date.
It can be 31st aug / 1 sept / 2 nd sept.
Can i apply for visa keeping entry date as 31st aug and enter on 1 sept.

Yes, you can put the arrival date as 31st August and enter Vietnam on 1st September without any problems
