why this company advertises the e-visa for vietnam for a very expensive amount? the real process is only a letter of approval; as a customer I feel robbed.

The visa on arrival means we will send the approval letter which will be issued by the immigration department in advance
You use this letter to check in and get visa stamp at VIETNAM airport
Without visa, you might be refused by airline or customs and aren't able allow to enter VIETNAM
