Hotel+ flight booking

Thanks for your reply. Do I have to buy my ticket before getting my visa? I can send you the hotel booking but i can not cancel my flight if i do not get a visa. Even the Vietnam embassy website advise not book anything without visa. Also do i pay the if only i get the visa or i have to pay either way! Thanks ever so much
