The only option is arrival airport so i can't continue with the application because I won't be arriving at any airport. Can I just randomly select any and continue with the visa application.

Dear Mr Hu,
Could you please confirm us about your Nationality? As becasue there are 40 countries which are able to apply Electronic Visa to enter Vietnam by land/sea.
