How do I find the entry exit form?

We are pleased to reply your question that when we send you Vietnam Approval Letter, we will provide the link to download Entry and Exit Form:  http://www.vietnam-evisa.org/template/document/formxnc.jpg. You just download and print if off, then fill in information and glue photo on it in advance. Or you can take it at Visa landing Counter at Vietnam airport but you should fill in it in advance to save time for getting Visa Stamp.
