According to The Vietnamses Immigration Department's Law, Sweden passport holders have 15 days Vietnam Visa exemption, if they did not enter the country within last 30 days. 

If you do not meet the condition above, the service fee for 1 month single Visa is 19USD/person. This fee does not include 25USD for stamping fee at the airport when you arrive Vietnam.
