I'm a Filipino traveler holding a Filipino Passport and I have a scheme to travel Vietnam, and I wanted to know If I could apply a visa going to China from Vietnam. Can I apply the tourist visa going to china whilst I'm in Vietnam? I'm planning to cross the border by land.
