Hi, when I input my passport information after visa type selected, the option only shows USA from the nationality form, how can I select mine if I am not an American?

Please kindly take note this information 6 month and 1 year multiple visa just available for USA passport holders,
Please kindly send choose another type of visa
With onething, please take note this information : " Due to the Corona Virus outbreak, The Immigration is now temporary stop to process visa for Hong Kong/ China/ Macau/ Taiwan passport holders; Hong Kong/ China/ Macau/ Taiwan passport holders who already had the approval letter won’t also be able to get the visa at the airport too; All guests (all nationalities) who have been to Hong Kong, China, Macau, Taiwan within 2 weeks also be denied."
