The point of exit selected in Vietnam was Phu quock in my evisa ,but now I want to exit through Ho chi Minh City. is it possible ?

The Vietnam E-Visa now is valid at all eligible ports.
Therefore, you CAN use it to exit Vietnam via Ho Chi Minh airport instead of Phu Quoc without any issues.
