I have checked your website but I still have two answered questions:
1) How long does it take to get the letter stamped at the airport? Meaning, how long do I have to wait?
2) I am planning to apply for a multiple entry visa for 3 months. I understand I have to pay US$ 35 for service and US$ 50 for the stamp. Is the latter one time payment or is it multiply by the times I enter Vietnam? Meaning, if I enter 3 times, do I have to pay US$ 50 each time I enter and I get the stamp?
Hope you can clarify the above.

1- It takes you about 45 mins for Stamped Visa in the Vietnam airports. If you want to get Stamped Visa in 5 mins, you can use Fast Track Service at the airport.
2-Except for the 35 USD for the service, You must pay stamping fee at the airport. Stamping fee for multiple entries is 50USD/person. You only have to pay Stamping fee in the first time when entering Vietnam. In the next times in valid period you do not have to pay Stamping fee.
