Hello, we are Italian citizens and we are arriving to Hochiminh on August 5th, 2016.
I kindly ask to confirm that you will take care of informing the Vietnam authorities before our arrival. And also how many days before our arrival, the Vietnam authorities will be informed ?

We would like to inform that if you apply online with us for visa on arrival, after 2 working days, we will send you the approval letter via email.
