Inquiry for travel visa application

Hi there or to whom it may concern.

I am planning to travel to Vietnam next November this year 2016 and I was wondering what are the steps for me to do...am I required to go to the Viet embassy in my country or what ? And will I be applicable and eligible to benefit from the online submission service?? Thank you for your feedback. :)
