Dear Sir/Madam,
I am an Italian citizen living in UAE and I would like to visit Vietnam from 10th to 19th April, then travel to Cambodia by bus and return to Ho Chi Min on 23rd to fly back to Dubai. I would like to know if the 15 days visa exemption is valid in my case and if I can travel to Cambodia and return to SGN.

Thank you for our question.
We would like to confirm you that according to the Vietnam Immigration's new policy, from July 1, 2015 to June 2016, 6 countries (including France, Germany, Italy, Spain, UK and Belarus) no need Visa if they stay in Vietnam less than 15 days. However, the previous visit must be far at least 30 days the next visit.
In your case, you have to apply for a Visa when you re-enter Vietnam on 23rd April to fly back to Dubai.
