me and my girlfirend applied for a visa and got approved do we stick our passport photos on that approval letter?

Dear Jonathan Spratt,

You will stick passport photo on the entry-exit form, not approval letter

PLease get the form at this link http://www.vietnam-evisa.org/files/upload/image/Documents/Form-XNC.pdf 

This form will be dropped at the visa counter when you arrive, no need to send to Embassy.
