more than 15 days with break
Nov 10, 2017
Hi,
I will travel to Vietnam on Nov 15th and I will return to Germany on December 4th. I also plan to take a trip to Cambodia, however no flight is booked yet.
Should I apply for an E-visa now, or is it not necessary since I will be in Vietnam twice but for less than 15 days?
Best
Kathrin

Dear Mr/Ms Kathrin Hackenberg,
Thank you for your question.
We would like to inform that from July 01st 2017 to June 30th 2018, citizens from Germany are granted a visa-exempt stay of 15 days with single entry. Their passports should have at least six months of validity upon the date of arrival to meet airlines’ requirements, and their arrival date is NOT within 30 days from their last exit date with visa exemption. Otherwise, they will need a Vietnam visa.
Should you have any further enquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us at visa@vietnam-evisa.org or call us at (+84) 909 343 525
Best regards,
Hannah Yan (Ms.)
