Need to correct mu Viet Nam evisa

I have gotten the following message E-VISA IS ISSUED FOR FOREIGNERS WHO ARE CURRENTLY ABROAD, WISHING TO ENTER INTO VIET NAM (NOT TO FOREIGNERS WHO ARE CURRENTLY TEMPORARY RESIDENT IN VIET NAM. I am at home in the US. I am not in Viet Nam. What is causing this?
