we are planning to visit Vietnam in official study tour from Nepal through Cambodia so kindly provide the visa obtain process. We want to stay only 2-3 days in Vietnam than return to Nepal.

Even you stay 2-3 days in Viet Nam, you need visa. You can apply for 1 month tourist visa minimum
In case you enter Viet Nam by airport, you can apply online for visa on arrival at this link https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html and settle payment online.
After receiving your payment, we will process visa for you and send you approval letter after 1-2 working days for tourist visa in normal case. With that letter, you can use to board the plane and print it out to get visa stamp at the airport.
