Party of 6 travelling to Danang - 1 British, 4 Australian, 1 Filipino
1. British/Taiwanese
2. Australian
3.Three kids with Australian / Hong Kong
4. Filipino
My questions are:
A) must I apply Visa on Arrival (VOA) for all 6 persons or can some people enter without VOA (i.e. visa exempt for example - British passport holder)?
B) Do I need to get passport photo for all 3 kids (they are 4.5, 3 and 1 year old)? When and how many will I need these photos? Is it: a) scanned digital form via the online application, and then 2 printed copies at the airport VOA counter?
Thanks very much in advance!
Debby
Dear Debby Fan,
We wish to answer your question as follows:
A> _ British passport holders can travel in Vietnam visa-free for a maximum of 15 days and Filipino passport holders can travel in Vietnam visa-free for no more than 21 days.
B> _ When applying to us, you do not need photos as long as all your group members have passport. You can apply online on our website to get visa on arrival. The process is quite fast and easy. You only need to fill in the form then make online payment. After 2 working days, we will send you the approval letter via email. You should print it out to board the plane and to get the visa stamp at the Vietnam int’l airport. Link to apply: https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html
_ Only your printed approval letter and 2 photos 4X6 cm (or same size passport photos) for each person are needed for this form
http://www.vietnam-evisa.org/files/upload/image/Documents/Form-XNC.pdf , which you will have to apply at Landing Visa Counter when you arrive in Vietnam.
Sincerely yours
Daniel Ho
