Paying for visa

Jan 13, 2016

Hello,me and my wife are currently travelling around India, we will be coming to Vietnam in early February to do a TEFl course. We are looking to get a 3 month visa, how important is it to have passport photos printed, can we not have digital copies instead? and can we pay with mastercard on arrival not in Dollars?

Thank you :)

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank for your question.

We would like to inform that you  can get visa on arrival,  first you just fill in application form in the link: http://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html . After receiving your payment, we will process and send to you the approval letter via your email within 2 working days, then just need print the letter out and use it to get visa stamp directly at Vietnam airport.

By the way , You have to prepare  something to get visa stamp at the airport :

- 2 photos ( 4 x6cm passport size )

-  An approval letter (apply on the link )

- Entry And Exit form ( will be put at Visa landing counter or you can download here in advance to save time : http://www.vietnam-evisa.org/files/upload/image/Documents/Form-XNC.pdf )

- Stamping fee in cash.

Please note that When you get visa on arrival, you have to pay 2 kind of fee : 1st fee is service fee ( pay by online to get an approval letter ) , 2nd fee is stamping fee ( pay in cash at the Vietnam airport to get visa stamp )

Any help, please feel free to ocntact us.

Best Regards,

Evisa Team
