Do the required photos have to be the same as your passport photo, and from applying online what is the total time for me to receive my approval letter I fly in approx a week and a half

Dear Jess,
The photos can differ from passport photo, but their size should be the same. It normally takes 2 working days to process tourist visa. With business one, the processing time would be slightly longer (3-4 working days)
