I am a U.S. citizen working in seoul and have a medical conference to attend in Vietnam on 13 sep. I wanted to know if I have the telex # and want to pick up my visa in seoul. what forms do I need to fill
online along with other items to bring with me. where on the site do I complete the forms. If I have to pay at the embassy, is credit card acceptable.
