request for visa requirements

request is that i am basically from pakistan,but settled here in UK,Birmingham. i have residence permit here issued by UK home office means 5 years leave to remain visa (Refugee status). i just want to go to vietnam for 10 days for visit. my own pass port with Home Office and they issued me Travel Documents and residence permit card for travelling. so please let me know,what process should i follow to get 10 days visit visa. and what documents should i bring to embassy and how can i book my appointments.
