Questions: Is the service fee in Canadian (CAD) or American (US) dollars? In step 2 of the application, is the customer name and applicant name suppose to be the same person?

It's better for you to make payment by USD dollar
In step 2, it's ACCOUNT LOGIN. You need to create your account to continute to the next step (Applicant details)
The name of customer (step 2) should be the same to applicant's one (step 3). However, the important thing is to fill your information in the step 3 correctly in order that we can process visa for you quickly
