Dear Sirs/Madams
I write to ask you for some information. In many booklets and websites it is written that you can apply for a 30 days or 90 days tourist visa. As you probably know 30 days is not necessarily a month.
I’ll try to clarify. To make my point I use February, the shortest month of the year, as an example. Suppose for instance that I enter in the country(Vietnam) on the 21st of February 2019 and I applied for a 30 days tourist visa. When should I leave the country??? Should I leave by the 21st or the 22nd
of March?? By counting the days the right date should be the 22nd of March because February only has 28 days. Is that correct?? Can you please confirm??? Thank you in advance.

Dear valued customer,
I would like to confirm with you that with 30days visa validity, normally you can stay about 27 days, like your example if you enter on Feb ,21st and the leave should be on Mar,19th . It is also depends on each specific case, immigration officer is making final desicion.
